Echo Trails respects the role of the travel agent in providing a one-stop very professional service to clients, so they have a seamless travel experience based on your counsel and expertise.
We have a very successful relationship with the travel agent community who bring their clients on our public guided tours and gladly remit travel agency commission.
(Note: the commission does not apply to pre- and post tour travel, extra hotel nights, extended rail passes, upgraded rail passes, and single supplement fees.)
Please understand that this commission applies when the travel agent brings the client to us to make the booking. In the event that a client has already been working with us and then a travel agent comes in to represent the client, we are unable to offer a commission. If the respective client has been working with us, we have spent considerable resources internally in Switzerland to sort out details etc. As a small company offering the best rates & value to our clients, there just isn’t further budget to offer commission. Therefore we appreciate travel agents’ understanding on why we are unable to offer a commission if the client has already been working with us. The 10% commission on public guided tours will be sent immediately after the client’s tour ends.

· Your personal IATA number, address, and name of travel agency
· Client’s first and last name as displayed on their passport
· Client’s date of birth
· Client’s contact information (email address, mailling address, telephone number)
· Where to mail the tour documents
· As we get closer to the departure date, we will follow up with you to know more about the client’s food sensitivities/allergies
